Leslie Kish on quota samples

In late 1990s some large US marketing research companies addressed questions to Prof. Leslie Kish about quota samples. Basically, they were seeking some changes in the evaluation of this practice, as quota samples had become very popular following his 1965 book on Survey Sampling. On one occasion, Prof. Kish provided a written answer to these queries.
